Relet/ Additional occupant application

This application is intended for situations where there will be a change in the current occupants of the property during the lease term. This may include one or more tenants moving out and a new individual taking their place, or an additional approved occupant being added to the lease. Please note, this is not a sublease. All new occupants must complete the full application process and be approved prior to moving in. Once approved, the lease will be updated to reflect the change in occupants.
